For those who are not familiar with the nuts and bolts of human rights
philosophy, who are new to the main ideas or themes being kicked around
today, the following resources should help get your feet wet. Especially
useful might be the
Top 20 page, which gives a rundown on the 20 most
influential rights philosophers of all time, including bios, outlines of their
main ideas, and links to their works.

The Rights Education page is also meant as a resource for committed
students and teachers of human rights and ethics, as well as those who
simply want to incorporate human rights themes into other activities or
classes (such as English, literature, or politics).

The page is organized in the following sections:

Philosophers
History and Overview of Human Rights
Rights and Ethics Syllabi on the Web
Rights Courses at Universities and Institutes
Other Sites for Rights and Ethics Education
